/teams status
Check whether Teams notifications are currently on or off for your account.
/teams link
Link your Microsoft account so the bot can read your Teams activity. Opens the OAuth flow.
/email on / /email off
Enable or disable Outlook email notifications. When on, you'll get a DM for new unread emails.
/email status
Check whether email notifications are currently active.
/email link
Link your Microsoft account for email access. Opens the OAuth flow.
/briefing on
Subscribe to both the morning briefing (08:00) and end-of-day wrap-up (17:00). Requires Discord and Microsoft to be linked on the Connections page.
/briefing off
Unsubscribe from daily briefings.
/calendar
Show your Outlook calendar for the current work week as a Discord message. Requires Microsoft to be linked.
/reminders on / /reminders off
Enable or disable pre-meeting reminder DMs. You'll receive a DM a few minutes before each calendar event.
/reminders status
Check whether meeting reminders are active.
Join on Discord instead of Teams
Reminder DMs carry a ๐ŸŽง Join Discord call button whenever the meeting has a Discord link โ€” paste a channel link, an invite or a discord.gg link into the invite's location or body and the bot picks it up (location wins if both have one). Meetings that name no Discord link fall back to the default voice channel an admin picks on the Connections page; if there's no default either, only the Teams button shows. When a meeting has both, Discord is the first button.
/clickup link <email>
Link your ClickUp account using your ClickUp email address. Required before using other ClickUp commands.
/clickup status
Check whether your ClickUp account is linked.
/clickup tickets
List your open ClickUp tickets, grouped by status with priority and due dates โ€” overdue tickets are flagged and sorted first.
/clickup hours <project> <period>
Team hours for a registered project: per-person totals, per-ticket breakdown, day-by-day view, and a comparison against the previous period. Use the buttons on the reply to switch periods.
/clickup my-hours [period]
Your own logged hours across all projects, by ticket and by day. Defaults to this week.
/clickup task <id>
Show details for one task โ€” status, priority, assignees, time logged, and due date. Accepts a task id or URL.
/clickup standup
Who worked on what yesterday and today, grouped by person. On Mondays "yesterday" looks back to Friday.
/clickup lists
Browse the workspace's spaces and lists (with their ids) from a dropdown.
/clickup project add <name> [list_id]
Register a ClickUp list as a reportable project. Omit list_id to pick the space and list from dropdown menus instead of hunting for the id.
/clickup project remove <project>
Unregister a project from the bot's list.
/clickup project list
List all currently registered projects.
/spotify play <query>
Play a track on the shared Spotify player โ€” picks the top search match and starts playing immediately.
/spotify search <query>
Search Spotify and get a list of results to choose from before queuing.
/spotify queue
Show the current Spotify queue.
/spotify nowplaying
Show what's currently playing on Spotify.

/spotify pause / /spotify resume

/spotify skip / /spotify back

/spotify device
Pick which Spotify device the bot should control (e.g. phone, desktop app, speaker).
/spotify account
Switch which of your linked Spotify accounts is used for playback.
/spotify dj
Show who the current DJ of the Week is.
/schedule send <message> <when> [user|person]
Schedule a DM to a teammate for later โ€” like a Teams scheduled send. The bot delivers it as a DM at the chosen time, attributed to you. Times are SAST and accept formats like in 30m, 14:30, tomorrow 09:00, monday 08:30 or 2026-06-15 14:00.
Pick the recipient with either user (Discord's member picker โ€” only works in a server channel, since a DM has no member list) or person, which suggests everyone with a linked account and therefore works in the bot's DM too. Suggestions read Discord name (email) and match on either, so typing a Discord name or an email both find the person.
/schedule me <message> <when>
Schedule a reminder DM to yourself โ€” like Slack's /remind. Same time formats as /schedule send.
/schedule everyone <message> <when> admin
Schedule an announcement DM to everyone in the org โ€” delivered individually to each person who has linked their Discord account on the Connections page. The recipient list is resolved when the message fires, so anyone who links in the meantime is included. Same time formats as /schedule send; you get a delivery summary DM afterwards.
/schedule list
Show your pending scheduled messages with their ids, recipients and delivery times.
/schedule cancel <id>
Cancel one of your pending scheduled messages before it's delivered.
Scheduled channel posts admin ยท web only
Admins can schedule posts to a server channel from the Connections page โ€” one-off (tomorrow 09:00, in 2h) or repeating via a cron expression (0 9 * * 1 = every Monday 09:00). The message is sent as an embed, with an optional plain-text line for @everyone/role pings and link previews. Pause, resume or delete schedules from the same page.
/pomodoro start [work] [break] [cycles]
Start a personal pomodoro focus timer. Defaults: 25 min focus, 5 min break, 4 cycles. All three options are optional โ€” pass any or none to override the defaults.
/pomodoro stop
Stop your running pomodoro timer and see a summary of focus time accumulated.
